Houston's Colorado Independence Tour
Okay, so the title may be a little misleading. If we had you thinking, "Colorado needs independence?" let us set you straight... next Friday, Houston will be mid-air on his way out West to the Rockies for a second round of gallery visits to two of our awesome Colorado galleries, Art on a Whim in Breckenridge and Earthwood Gallery in Boulder! This tour just so happens to coincide with Independence Day, so naturally, we think this trip deserves such a title.
Houston will be filling up Art on a Whim with tiles and collectors on June 30th, July 1st, and July 4th. And on his days off? Houston plans to hike Greys and Torreys peak, a trail that winds over both 3-mile high mountains.
After the fireworks go off, Houston will make his way to Earthwood Gallery’s Fine Art Show on July 6th from 6 to 9pm to sign some more tiles and meet collectors in the artsy city of Boulder, Colorado. If you live near Breckenridge or Boulder, or will be in the area, this is your chance to stop by and meet Houston – and while you’re at it, pick up a tile and have him sign the back in his infamous gold ink!Happy 4th everyone!
